Max Test Xtreme If you train the muscle hard as soon as, you will get a terrific growth stimulus. Your frame at once starts offevolved sending nutrients to the broken area and starts offevolved rebuilding. Whilst the muscle is fully recovered and is not sore, you educate the muscle again and restart the system. 
That is the same old way of education and it usually means at once training a muscle twice a week with as a minimum 2 or three days in between sessions for that specific muscle. In my experience this absolutely happens. 
The body's reaction to training is a completely easy stimulus-response device however your body is also fully capable of sending greater assets where more resources are perceived as being wished. When you consume your body sends extra blood to the digestive device. Your mind would not tell it to do this, it just occurs. Whilst you get warm your body produces perspiration. 
The same aspect takes place with education. for instance whilst you educate your biceps your frame sends blood and nutrients to the biceps for healing. It doesn't ship it to the calves if the calves have not been worked.
